ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that mistakes can happen and will gladly accommodate cancellation requests within 2 hours of your order being placed. If you wish to cancel, please email us at info@gonggarsports.com as soon as possible. Cancellations made within this window will be free of charge.
For cancellation requests received after 2 hours, a 2% processing fee will apply. This fee is calculated based on the total order value and covers administrative and transaction costs.
Please note that once an order has entered processing or production, we are unable to make any changes or cancel the order. We kindly ask that you review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Sorry, we do not ship to US territories. We only ship within the United States, including Hawaii and Alaska. We cannot ship to Puerto Rico, Guam or US Virgin Islands.
Packages to Alaska and Hawaii can only be shipped by express or priority, and normally arrive within 8-10 business days.
