7 DAYS RETURN

  • Returns are eligible for store credit or exchange only.
  • We offer 1 return opportunity within 7 days from the order delivery date.
  • Returns are only accepted for products purchased directly from GONGGAR SPORTS.
  • Returned merchandise must be in new, unworn condition, and in the original packaging in which it was placed, including tags, packing materials, bags, and free gifts.
  • Customs duties, taxes, import fees, and shipping costs are not covered by us. If you are returning items from outside the U.S. (e.g., from Europe to our U.S. warehouse), customs fees may apply. (To help reduce potential taxes, we recommend declaring the return details accurately when shipping the item back.)

To begin your return or exchange, please email us at info@gonggarsports.com to send your request.

Kindly include the following details in your message:

  • Order number
  • Name of the items you wish to return or exchange
  • Reason for the return or exchange
  • Photo of the items, showing both the product and the attached tags

This information helps us process your request quickly and efficiently.

RETURN ADDRESS

The return address is in New Jersey, USA.
  • Please do not send packages to the waybill address. Any packages sent there will be refused.
  • Please get in touch with us at info@gonggarsports.com to get a full return address.

PLEASE NOTE

  • Please remember to keep the tracking information for your return package. To ensure a smooth return process and for the security of both our customers and our business, we kindly request that you retain the tracking information for your return package. 
  • All returned items must be securely packed in their original packaging, with all original tags still attached and in unused condition. Please ensure the items are well protected to avoid any damage during shipping.
  • The original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • The customer is responsible for all return or exchanges shipping costs.
  • And we are unable to provide shipping labels.

ACCESSORIES POLICY

All accessories (including bags, shoes, sunglasses, hiking gears etc.) are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a quality issue.

If the product has a defect or flaw, please contact our customer service team promptly for verification and resolution. We appreciate your understanding and support!

FINAL SALE ITEMS

Final Sale styles are last chance styles and will not be restocked. All products are marked to clear and not eligible for a return unless confirmed faulty by our team.
Any unauthorized returns of Final Sale items will not be accepted by Innovare Denim and will be returned to the sender upon delivery.

LOST ITEMS

GONGGAR SPORTS is not responsible for customs fees, taxes. And we are NOT liable for any misplaced, lost or stolen item/s. 

GONGGAR SPORTS is also NOT responsible for any incorrect shipping information you provide.
