Return Policy

If we supply an incorrect order e.g. wrong size, wrong design we will correct our mistake.  Please contact us upon receipt of your order, any exchanges will be conditional and must be returned to us unworn and in the original packaging.

If you were to be issued a refund, please note that the fees will be deducted from your refund. This fee varies depending on your payment option. 
You can contact us at help@rachahiking.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you return instructions, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

To be eligible for a return, here are a few things to keep in mind:

  • Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Receipt or proof of purchase is also needed. 
  • The items are returned within 30 days of receipt.
  • Items purchased anywhere except rachahiking.com must be returned to the original place of purchase. Please note that we will ONLY process returns and refunds for Product(s) bought in rachahiking.com
  • As the display capabilities and graphic properties of computer monitors, tablets and mobile devices may vary, GONGGAR cannot guarantee that the color displayed on your monitor will be completely accurate.
  • Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), sale items and gifts. Please contact us if you have questions about your specific item. 
  • Please note that for size or preference-related returns, customers are usually responsible for return shipping costs & customs duties.

    How do I start a return with GONGGAR?

    2. Our team will review your request within 2-3 business days and send you return instructions if approved.
    3. Quick heads up: We can't accept any returns that weren't pre-approved, so please wait to hear from us before shipping.

    If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

    If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

    Exchanges 

    The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

     

    Refunds 

    We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-8 business days.
