Returns are eligible for store credit or exchange only.
We offer 1 return opportunity within 7 days from the order delivery date.
Returns are only accepted for products purchased directly from GONGGAR SPORTS.
Returned merchandise must be in new, unworn condition, and in the original packaging in which it was placed, including tags, packing materials, bags, and free gifts.
Customs duties, taxes, import fees, and shipping costs are not covered by us. If you are returning items from outside the U.S. (e.g., from Europe to our U.S. warehouse), customs fees may apply. (To help reduce potential taxes, we recommend declaring the return details accurately when shipping the item back.)

To begin your return or exchange, please email us at info@gonggarsports.com to send your request.

Kindly include the following details in your message:

Order number
Name of the items you wish to return or exchange
Reason for the return or exchange
Photo of the items, showing both the product and the attached tags

This information helps us process your request quickly and efficiently.

RETURN ADDRESS

The return address is in New Jersey, USA.

Please do not send packages to the waybill address. Any packages sent there will be refused.
Please get in touch with us at info@gonggarsports.com to get a full return address.

EXCHANGES

We offer 1 exchange opportunity within 7 days from the order delivery date.
Exchanges are only accepted for products that have been purchased directly from the GONGGAR SPORTS.
If you'd like to exchange your item for one of higher value, you will be required to pay the difference in price. Should you choose a replacement of lesser value, the balance will be issued to you in the form of a gift card via email.
Exchanged merchandise must be in new, unworn condition; and in the original packaging in which it was placed, including tags, packing materials, bags and free gifts.
GONGGAR SPORTS is not responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or related fees that may be incurred upon delivery.

We are also not liable for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier.
Upon receiving your return, we will inspect it to ensure that it meets the above guidelines. Once the products pass the inspection, we will process the exchange.

RETURN

Once your return is received and approved, a store credit gift card will be issued to the email address associated with your order.

The gift card will be valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

DAMAGED OF DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

At Gonggar Sports, we take great pride in the quality of our products and strive to ensure every piece arrives in excellent condition.

However, in the rare event that your item arrives with a fault, please contact us via email within 7 business days of delivery. Our team will be happy to assist you.

Faults may include, but are not limited to:

Torn or broken sections
Unfinished or unsewn seams
Noticeable defects in craftsmanship

Gonggar Sports reserves the right to assess and determine the appropriate resolution for any faults not explicitly listed above.

NOTE

For your convenience and peace of mind, we strongly recommend that you retain the tracking details of your return shipment. This helps ensure a smooth and secure return process for both you and our team.

Please note the following:

Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Customers are responsible for all return and exchange shipping costs
We are unable to provide prepaid return shipping labels

NON-RETURNABLE CLEARANCE ITEMS

Final Sale items are clearance styles available for a limited time and will not be restocked. All such products are marked as final and are not eligible for returns unless a fault is confirmed by our team.

Any unauthorized returns of Final Sale items sent back to GongGar Sports will be refused upon delivery and returned to the sender.
